📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls.
• Provide financial advice and support to clients on accounting matters.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
