📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Design and prototype user interface flows for mobile and web applications.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides.,Ensure designs are optimized for performance and accessibility.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.,Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.,Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer.,Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.,Understanding of user-centered design principles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
