📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
  • Representing the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.
  • Monitoring and analyzing departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring the department's budget is managed effectively and efficiently.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
