📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.,Identifying and assessing risks within the organization and recommending mitigation strategies.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Providing guidance and support to employees on internal control procedures.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.
