📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.,Identify and assess risks and opportunities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure comprehensive coverage of key areas.,Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and evidence for audits.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.,Provide guidance and training to staff on internal control policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented after audit findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Internal Auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
