In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain effective communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to client engagement.,Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and key client relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the mining industry and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
