📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the maintenance of all facilities within the properties.
  • Ensure all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and functional.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify any potential issues.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
  • Proven track record of managing and maintaining facilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
