Talexa Partners Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager or HR Executive to join our team in Bali. This is a hybrid/remote position, offering a competitive salary package of IDR 12,000,000 to IDR 18,000,000 per month. We are looking for a professional who can manage our HR operations effectively and contribute to the growth and development of our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our HR strategies align with the company's goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Lead and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts or grievances.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Assist in the development of the company's HR strategy and initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations in a hybrid/remote environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus.
