📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers and technicians.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests.
  • Monitor and maintain service center performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts procurement.
  • Assist in training new employees on parts management and scheduling processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service center operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in parts management and scheduling.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
