📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all stores are well-stocked and that products are displayed attractively.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG sector.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is advantageous.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
