📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in planning and coordinating banquet and event activities.
• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of hospitality.
• Assist with food and beverage service during events.
• Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth event operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in post-event evaluations and feedback collection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with event planning and management.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
