HAVEN Berjaya is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing team in managing procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining strong vendor relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update supplier records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and provide feedback.,Assist in managing purchase contracts and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.,Provide administrative support to the purchasing department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
