📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
