📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and set achievable targets for the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and address concerns.,Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
