In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse equipment and maintenance schedules.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote and on-site teams.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Certification in warehouse management or related field is a plus.
