📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
• Implement and monitor inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of products.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve inventory management.
• Work with the ERP system (e.g., SAP) to manage inventory data and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Provide training and support to other team members on inventory management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
