As a Lead Captain, you will be responsible for leading a team of captains and ensuring the smooth operation of our vessels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of captains, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.,Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.,Monitor and maintain the condition of the vessels, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, ensuring all team members are aware of and adhere to safety procedures.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Maintain strong communication with the management team, providing regular updates on operations and any issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid COC (Certificate of Competency) or equivalent certification.,Experience in managing a team of captains and ensuring the smooth operation of vessels.,Familiarity with the local maritime industry in Bali is a plus.
