📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Promote our brand and services to customers and potential clients.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for front desk operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM card and vehicle is a plus.
