📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret financial reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in Mandarin.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial statements for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking teams, ensuring smooth information flow.
• Support the finance team in understanding and explaining complex financial data to Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Maintain and update financial documentation in Mandarin, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide cultural and linguistic support to Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of financial meetings and presentations with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a financial reporting specialist or similar role, preferably in a multinational or multicultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles, including IFRS and GAAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using financial reporting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
