📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement machine learning models to improve the payment experience for Airbnb users,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that machine learning solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet the needs of the business,Conduct research and experimentation to identify new opportunities for machine learning in the payments space,Monitor and maintain machine learning models to ensure that they are performing as expected,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and apply new techniques to improve our models,Mentor and train junior machine learning engineers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field,5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering,Strong programming skills in Python, R, or a similar language,Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure,Experience with SQL and database management,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
