📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the bank's assets and reputation.,Monitor and assess business risks across all areas of the organization.,Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals to ensure effective risk management practices.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective risk communication.,Drive continuous improvement in risk management practices and processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing business risks and ensuring operational resilience.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the banking industry.,Certifications in risk management (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISM) are a plus.
