📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure consistent brand standards and practices.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is beneficial.
