In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.,Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's systems.,Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or MySQL.,Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.,Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
