📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees.,Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.,Ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and networks.,Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.,Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies.,Maintain and update technical documentation.,Provide training and support to new employees on technical systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or IT role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
