📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain data center hardware, including servers, network equipment, and storage systems.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to clients.
• Collaborate with the IT team to optimize data center performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data center operations.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on data center infrastructure.
• Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and power usage to maintain optimal operating conditions.
• Provide on-call support during business hours to address any critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Familiarity with data center hardware and software, including VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, and storage solutions like EMC and NetApp.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or Rubrik.
• Understanding of environmental monitoring and power management systems.
