📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle all financial transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest payments.
• Manage daily cash operations, including counting and reconciling cash deposits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members.
• Use our in-house POS system and other financial tools to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist in resolving any financial discrepancies or issues that arise.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or financial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other financial software.
