📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of our employees.
• Manage employee development plans, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with external trainers and vendors to ensure the quality of our learning and development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain learning management systems using tools like SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Create and deliver workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet our organizational goals.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
• Provide administrative support for employee development activities, including scheduling and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Capital Development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.
• Proficient in using learning management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
