• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors and Paychex.
